Throughout Acro Tool & Die's long history as an industry leading precision tire mold component manufacturer, we’ve developed innovations to improve lead times, while maintaining our high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
While we are branching out to other key industries, our long standing commitment to component quality, top-notch customer service, and reliability remains the same. With more than 70 years of precision tire mold manufacturing experience for both local and international customers, we’ve accelerated our lead times and delivered the highest quality product and experience with each project.
We specialize in tight-tolerance and corrosion-resistant materials completing all projects from discovery to delivery under one roof. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and ensure that your order will be completed on time and on budget, every time.
No matter the size or scope of your project, we deliver on time, every time. With multiple technologies housed under one roof, we’re able to offer exceptional lead times to complete your project quickly, so you can keep your business moving.
Advanced engineering and additive manufacturing enable us to accelerate prototyping and delivery turnaround times. We’re proud to provide direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) technology that produces intricate, high-precision geometries that would be difficult or impossible to produce conventionally.

Acro Tool & Die is proud to provide multiple industry-leading production capabilities including:
Our direct laser metal sintering (DMLS) technology enables us to create complex geometries, layer-by-layer. Without DMLS, many of these geometries are not possible. This process accelerates prototyping and production times and ensures a rapid delivery of your final product.
Advanced 5-axis machining capabilities elevate traditional 3-axis processes, enabling us to quickly create your complex, custom design.
In-house generated tooling provides speed, accuracy and consistency on low to high volume orders.
A range of sheet metal fabrication options are available with our in-house CO2 and fiber-optic lasers.
CNC and laser marking technologies can produce serialization, QR codes, bar codes, and graphics.
Our precision 4-axis lathes are ideal for manufacturing small, complex components.
We’re proud to offer the following:
- Sipes
